IBM Benefit Administrator (Fluent French) in BUDAPEST, Hungary
The role primarily involves responsibility for aspects of the delivery of designated Benefit programs for IBM France and relevant subsidiaries in France.The Benefit Administrator will be part of a remote team with other Benefit Administrators supporting different regions across the world, and liaises with Benefit Leaders as appropriate for their region.The Benefit Administrator reports to the Europe Benefit Leader for all work direction, and will be locally managed in the Budapest ISSC by the Car Fleet and Comp & Ben Manager. Responsibilities:
Administration of Benefit programs (for instance Life Insurance, and Retirement).
Support Health Insurance Program for France.
Support any audit and review activities within scope.
Support update all process documentation within scope.
Respond to all queries coming to task-id, and answer all queries in scope.
Work with former employee dependents to ensure that they provide all required documentation for claims on Life Insurance.
Manage and maintain regular interphases with Payroll team team.
