  • Organizing team buildings, recurring meetings

  • Manage business trips (for the Hungarian Board members, and for Directors from other countries) - accommodation, flight tickets, etc.

  • Manage the leaders’ calendars and full programme

  • General administrative support for different functions

  • Assistance in Christmas party organizing

  • Take care of business gifts

  • Project coordinator for the office move

  • Supervision of receptionists in the office (after January 2018)

  • HR admin and organsiation tasks in learning and Employer Branding activities


  • College degree

  • Native Hungarian

  • Fluency in English

  • Good sense of responsibility and project management skills

  • Accuracy with careful attention to details

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills
