Who we are? General Services provides the day-to-day operations and vendor management from the following core services across 50+ countries for all of Citi’s internal. The Core Services include:

Office Supplies & Stationary
Marketing & Transactional Print
Corporate Card Program
In addition to the 8 core services listed above, in some locations GS may oversee numerous in-country specific services on behalf of the residing businesses and other service groups where mutually agreed and with the appropriate controls in place. These may include where appropriate: Accounts Payable (Country Imaging & Scanning), Executive Services (client hospitality, staff catering, Dining, reception and switchboard), and a variety of other local utility services performed on behalf of other O&T products with no “on the ground” management presence.
Cluster Archiving Operations Lead
Provide subject matter expertise, strategic and operational support in Archiving Operations and supplier management activities to the Cluster.
Drive and ensure Country Archiving Leads adherence to the Archiving Operations Program, governance framework and leverage best practices.
Facilitate and enforce destruction due diligence. Coordinate the destruction process for paper records at 3rd party offsite storage provider with Country Archiving Leads.
Ensures on-time submissions and compliance with metrics and reporting requirements.
Influence productivity and business savings within the cluster.
Work with all Citi businesses, across cluster, to ensure Archiving Operations Processes are understood and monitored.
Support the Business with audit, holds, acquisitions or divestitures that include archived paper records and drive archiving related activities to ensure compliance and completion.
Monitor and support on resolution of supplier related issues.
Plan, organize and lead project rollouts according to global goals and objectives.
Support and act as EMEA Regional Lead deputy when needed.
Collaborate with the global Archiving team, General Services risk and control to implement consistent practices within the Cluster.
Partner with Global Records Management, Legal and other business partners to apply policy to Citi’s paper records.
A minimum of 4 years of Records Management and Archiving Operations experience across a global organization with a strong understanding of industry best practices combined with experience in supplier management.
In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Records management: policies, Records Management lifecycle and industry best practices
Archiving Operations: Operational processes, governance and how to apply and comply with Records Management policy
Supplier management: Supplier monitoring and relationship management, billing processes, and contracts
Demonstrated knowledge of applying best practices in shared services delivery. Experience of applying strong project management disciplines, governance controls, change management program and initiatives
Comfortable with interpreting large volumes of data and drawing conclusions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner. Comfortable with cross-cultural sensitivities.
Ability to manage complex and highly variable issues with substantial departmental/product impact.
