Job Purpose:

The Senior Analyst will be supporting regional cross sector-based Third Party CoB activities (testing, assessments, risk management, governance, oversight and controls) as a member of the CoB Third Party Testing and Assessment Utility in the region.

Job Background:

The CoB Third Party Testing & Assessment Senior Analyst is part of Citi’s Global Continuity of Business Office, reporting to CoB Third Party Testing the & Assessment Region Head. The Senior Analyst will sit in Budapest and support CoB Third Party Testing & Assessment efforts in EMEA

Key Responsibilities:

• For Supplier CoB Assessments and Testing; Scheduling, Initiate, Testing and Monitoring the progress of standardized Third Party CoB testing and CoB risk assessments, quality reviews; track exceptions and gaps for suppliers across the EMEA region

• Communicate Third Party assessment issues to stakeholders, ensuring their understanding of associated risks and actions needed to remediate those risks

• Prepare and present testing and assessment review findings to management

• Follow up with Third Party, Procurement and Third Party Relationship Managers to ensure critical and high risks are appropriately and directly mitigated

• Coordinate and participate on internal / external Critical Third Party testing efforts: including but not limited to, coordination of business resources, test schedules, execution, results tracking and follow-up

• Participate in the development/improvements of Testing and Assessment methodology and tools

• Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and procedures

• Partner with Third Party Management (TPM) , Third Party Utility (TPU) and Regional CoB teams to support the Regional Supplier portfolio

• Provide support to Sector / Regional CoB team on all Internal / External Audits

The Senior Analyst will form strong business relationships around the globe at Citi, primarily in the EMEA region. In the process, the Senior Analyst will learn regional Citi business responsibilities and the products and services received/offered to Citi’s Third Parties. The Senior Analyst will become familiar with/strengthen knowledge of Third Party CoB practices, recovery strategies and technologies (Cloud, RPA, etc.) to support business continuity.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Operational Risk

• Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to third party risk management

Skills:

• High command of verbal and written English

• Spanish language competency is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office (extended knowledge of MS Excel is preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business related field
