IBM Commecial Client Representative in BUDAPEST, Hungary
IBH Hungary is looking for an experienced sales professional to take to market our industry innovation to cover the Commercial Segment. This segment comprises several industries with some large and many mid-sized companies. The primary route to market of this segment is through business partners and digital sales.The Commercial Client Representative is responsible for driving the sales of IBM software, cloud based solutions and systems products. He/she is responsible to develop and execute the sales strategy, to effectively drive the business performance and manage the relationships with Commercial segment clients in Hungary. He/She operates largely via business partner network, leveraging the Marketing and Digital Sales initiatives, driving personally some high value opportunities.The Commercial Client Representative orchestrates the Ecosystem to grow the business, achieve business objectives though delivering Industry innovation to the market and attract new clients and Business Partners.The indidvidual will work collaboratively with the IBM solution and technology sales teams to implement impactful sales strategies. This is a highly creative sales role, where the candidate must be comfortable and experienced in managing senior level relationships with both Business Partners and customers shaping transformative business projects and helping the customers to identify where the value of a solution can fundamentally change their business.This require understanding of clients business processes, include expertise in enterprise business solutions, business analitics and business process management solutions. The candidate has to have the experience and skills to lead and manage end to end sales cycle, which includes lead generation, prospecting, discovery, progression and negotiation to close deals. He/she needs to perform and drive these activities in the territory in combination of individually performing it and by leveraging IBM’s channel programs.
8-10 years min experience in a customer facing role in sales
Proven trackrecord of succesfully selling business solutions to the C-Suite Line of Business
Demonstrated success using digital and social selling skills to find, engage and move business forward with clients.
Achieved sales targets through proven ability to identify and manage the right channels to reach out to prospects and clients
Understanding of business solutions (erp, crm) analytics solutions, - understanding of cloud solutions and IT solutions as well is a benefit
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
High level of Emotional Intelligence
