BT *Conferencing Event Coordinator* - English Spanish/ Italian/ French (pipeline) in Budapest, Hungary
BT Conferencing provides the excitement of working with cutting edge technology in a fast paced, team−oriented environment. An Event Coordinator is responsible for providing high touch customer service for VIP clients. Each Agent is responsible for adhering to the client's needs while maintaining professional communications and demeanour. Supported topics include, but is not limited to, products currently re−sold by BT Conferencing. The Event Coordinator position is customer service based with a strong emphasis on teamwork. This position will require an individual who can handle the top tier of BT customers and both their executive user groups and their technical staff.
E ssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned:
o Responsible for delivering customer service as defined by BT Conferencing customers.
o Handling Customer queries via phone and e−mail system
o Providing 1st line support for internal and external customers
o Proactive software based monitoring alarm response
Qualifications and Skills:

o Excellent English, plus fluent (C1) French/Spanish/Italian as a second language is essential
o Working knowledge of PC's and a Windows based system.

OTHER: This role has extended office hours in shifts. Shifts are changing on a weekly basis.
