Job Description

Ensure the fast order processing, quick answers to problems, questions, prompt and precise invoicing, provide accurate information and support to our various internal and external customers.

Provide value added services to the interlocutors, including attitude, knowledge, support and quality of service in a timely manner.

Job Duties:

  1. Maintain and follow up of sales orders including standing orders, direct delivery orders, service orders,
  2. Answering customer’s inquires, processing of orders in times – specific zone of more specific customers
  3. Keeping regular contact with the customers over the phone and via e-mail
  4. Continuous tracking of backorders, collect availability information and communicate adequately with the customers, and sales teams
  5. Follow-up of files for specific customer needs/issues
  6. Control the consistency and accuracy of the order portfolio
  7. Make sure that the sales orders are shipped and invoiced as per the customer’s order within the agreed selling conditions
  8. In charge of claim and return handling and crediting
  9. Monitoring and analysis of backorder report in order to provide customer support, timely shipments and correct invoicing
  10. Weekly reporting on Commercial backorder /backlog situation to the relevant Management with the right level of details, adapted to his/her interlocutors
  11. Maintain close liaison with the sales, finance, distribution or production functions
  12. Report any deficiency in due time
  13. Additional duties include processing orders, complaint handling, liaising with the accounts department in connection with invoicing procedures and with the warehouse for dispatch to customers, keeping sales records, supplying product information, both internally and to customers Required Skills

Solid knowledge of Sales and Distribution Organizations

Knowledge of International Trade

Educational background: minimum three-year university (or equivalent) degree in international trade.

Special Skills: MS OFFICE + ERP software equivalent to SAP/ORACLE

English and Hungarian language knowledge are a must

Other language knowledge is an advantage
