IBM European EPP Sales Leader in BUDAPEST, Hungary

The EPP Sales Leader, is a successful sales professional, who is responsible for the business development and revenue growth of the Employee Purchase Program across Europe. This individual works collaboratively and effectively with other sellers, builds strong relationships with Apple corporation and other distributors to ensure appropriate sourcing of the program. The EPP Sales Leader is, or will become, and expert in designing marketing campaigns and selecting appropriate inventory for this specific market. Success in this role is measured by achieving budgeted revenue. Duties and responsibilities The EPP Sales Leader:

  • Plans, outlines and executes all necessary activities to make plan, including developing detailed territory plans and identifying business opportunities and target markets

  • Make initial customer contact with distributors or with other corporates, either through the IBM sales teams that have the relationship or directly through visits or calls

  • Identify customer’s interest

  • Negotiate prices & variations in prices and specifications

  • Develop new opportunities

  • Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside at all levels

  • Arrange meetings with potential clients

  • Is familiar, or becomes familiar with the various laws, policies, and regulations that regulate our industry

  • Responsible to forecast revenue for the territory

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • This individual is, or becomes familiar with IT products, including PC systems like Monitors, Desktops and Laptops, as well as Tablets, Smartphones

  • This individual is capable to review consumer market regarding interest for certain products and identify resales price.

  • Works effectively within a matrix environment

  • Provides information to the appropriate IBM sellers on sales results

  • Exhibits teamwork in developing marketing initiatives

  • excellent communication skills,- leadership skills,- experience in change management- fluent English
