Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be a pioneering member of the newly build GE’s Sourcing hub Europe in Budapest to screen and select candidates for open positions for GE’s most critical roles across all businesses

  • Manage the sourcing activities by screening and tracking candidates in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and collecting required documentation

  • You interview via phone and evaluate candidates to qualify them for a role and make recommendations

  • Manage key stakeholders such as hiring manager, HR managers, recruiters and candidates

  • Be a partner to ensure that customer satisfaction and candidate satisfaction are priority to us

  • Help support GE's diversity initiatives & strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • You have ideally first recruitment/research experience within an in-house, corporate RPO or recruitment agency environment

  • You have ability to manage and influence stakeholders (recruiters, business leaders and Human Resource professionals) to drive sourcing and ensure its success

  • You have operational knowledge of sourcing technologies and associated CRM tools combined with knowledge of social media used as recruitment tools, specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube and Facebook

  • You can operate at both a detailed and high level – can view issues strategically, tactically and operationally

  • You speak English and French fluently

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
