Role Summary:

We are looking for an Intern who is going to work closely with our Business Continuity Plan Leader and External Funding Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare/support funding reporting (evaluation of grants based on specific criteria; creating a new internal process for managing grants)

  • Preparing reports for internal/external audits

  • Preparing essential financial templates for submissions

  • Ad hoc tasks (Ministry visits, meeting organization)

  • Coordinating BCP simulations within the center

  • Assist BCP leader in every BCP communications

  • Support all departments of SSC to build Risk Assessment templates

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Learn the types of government and EU grants

  • Acquire knowledge on the process through grants are managed in a multinational company

  • Understand the criteria based on stakeholders evaluate grants

  • Participate in government and business meetings

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ongoing studies in Economics/Business/Finance or similar preferably for min 1 more year

  • Availability for min 30 hours/week

  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Hungarian

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Eager to learn

  • Flexible approach and self-motivation

  • Results orientated and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
