  • Business Unit Description: *

Customer and Supplier Analyses is a global team and belongs to Structured Finance, Credit Products function, which is part of Corporate Finance organization.

Corporate Finance is a global corporate level finance function accountable for e.g. Treasury, Structured Finance, and Pensions Investments operations, risks, transactions and processes globally, reporting to Nokia CFO. Corporate Finance is organized into six global Treasury functions (including Structured Finance, Credit Products), three Regional Treasury & Structured Finance teams as well as a Pensions Investments team.

  • Main responsibility areas: *

  • Lead Customer & Supplier Analyses team. Ensure engaging and motivating environment in the team and encourage innovation while guaranteeing high quality operations.

  • Execute and advocate knowledge sharing, coaching, and sufficient follow up with the developments.

  • Revise and approve global Customer Credit Ratings and critical Supplier Financial Checks, revise Credit Memos as well as financial forecast models.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely internal country, customer and supplier ratings lists.

  • Key contributor to customer and supplier analyses process globally.

  • Support CFO organization and closely co-operate with Regional Treasury & Structure Finance function globally with customer ratings and related analyses.

  • Active sharing of company-wide knowledge in analysis and ratings with less experienced peers, colleagues.

  • Active build and maintenance of sufficient professional internal and external networks.

  • Close co-operation to ensure sustainable and harmonized process, credit control, and credit risk assessment with Corporate Finance, Offer Control, Customer Operations, and Credit Management Operations.

  • Develop analysis and rating process independently. Propose, and drive as needed, changes also to Rating SOP, LoA process, Credit SOP, etc.

  • Professional Advisor in Credit Reporting IT development matters to improve the efficiency and quality of the system landscape.

  • Effective initiation and implementation of other related process changes in Nokia.

  • Coverage: *

The role is global with co-operational needs improvements with internal interfaces -especially within CFO.

Qualifications:

  • Regular contact with Regional Treasury & Structured Finance, CO Finance, BG Finance. Offer Control and Credit Management organizations at all levels.

  • Regular presentations and trainings provision to decision makers and other internal parties. Guidance and targeted trainings may take place also on ad hoc basis.

/ Customer/ Supplier: /

  • Calls or meetings regarding green field-, etc. customers, when necessitated by Regional Treasury & Structured Finance

  • Calls or meetings with suppliers CFO or Treasurer on need basis

  • Negotiate, monitor and amend information service provider agreements

  • Negotiate insurance broker solutions for information gathering in co-operation with Credit Insurance & Private Risk Insurance responsible person in Structured Finance, Credit Products

  • Individual portfolio: *

  • Post graduate degree in relevant discipline

  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience (Financial-, Customer-, or Supplier Analyses, Finance, Banking, Credit Management, Accounting)

  • Good industry and financials knowledge

  • Successful line managerial experience would be an asset

  • Good team player with analytical/ presentation skills

  • Fluent language skills in English (verbal and written)

  • Good service attitude

  • Networker with good internal co-operational skills

  • Persuasiveness and stamina to get things move, approved and changed

  • Respected in relevant community

  • Able and willing to function independently, as needed
