What you'll be doing:

As Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Typically being responsible for a number of medium sized accounts, or in some instances, responsible for a few large, global clients. Regularly contacting these clients from a sales perspective

  • Creating the client landscape and generating leads / new business opportunities

  • Protecting existing revenues, administering and forecasting business opportunities

  • Achieving personal ICV (signed Incremental Contract Value) and revenue targets by selling the BT Radianz portfolio to the financial market players

  • Targeting the customers with sales campaigns, delivering campaign targets

  • Performing pipeline development by qualified business opportunities in named accounts through proactive sales contact and qualification

  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

  • Having a results driven sales mindset with a very autonomous, logical, fast-thinker personality

  • Having professional approach to team and client relationships

Professional skills:

  • Relevant experience in preferably sales account management or desk based client relationship management

  • Degree level or equivalent job experience

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level

  • Also, French or German or Italian or Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage
