What you'll be doing:

As Inside Sales Specialist, you will be in charge of:

  • As a Sales Specialist you are the technical point of contact for focus accounts.

  • You will be regularly reviewing focus accounts with Account Managers in order to identify improvement areas technically and advise on cross selling. As well as manage the customer design.

  • You will join customer calls in order to understand in depth customer network, applications, products and will generate and qualify the opportunity.

  • You will qualify all New Opportunities/Renewals with Account Manager in order to find optimal, technically best scenario with the best suitable products, and make sure they are handled according to internal processes

  • You will design the optimal solution for the customer in terms of technology, cost and service, also if it is needed finding support on technical solution or products within Local or Global BT Community.

  • You will assists Account Managers with preparation of proposals/tenders.

  • You will support order entry and Service Delivery teams in case they need any technical support on design/access/ equipment /interface

  • You will be actively taking part in the Continuous Improvement journey

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must

  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must

  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is an advantage

  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must

  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must

  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must

  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must

Professional skills:

  • Relevant experience in IT Systems, Telecommunication products and Networking is a must

  • Ability to present technical and commercial solution to a varied audience is a must

  • Understanding Project management process and requirements is an advantage

  • Ability to understand financial elements of P&L and bid process is an advantage

  • Degree level, or equivalent job experience is a must

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level is a must

  • French on a conversational level is an advantage

  • German on a fluent level is an advantage
