Key Purpose Of Job:
The Inside Sales Specialists role is working with the Account Managers on pre and post sales activities to support Account managers to achieve sales targets by owning all technical solution, product knowledge answering specific technical questions, preparing and holding product seminars for customers/prospects and related functions and employees, and to be aware of competitive products and services. The Inside Sales Specialists also aims to be the owner and accountable for the bid process on specific accounts (technical and financial sign off process) in coordination with the in-country sign off authorities.
Sales Specialist isthe technical point of contact for focus accounts.
Regularly reviewingfocus accounts with Account Managers in order to identify improvementareas technically and advise on cross selling. As well as manage thecustomer design.
Joining thecustomer calls in order to understand in depth customer network,applications, products and able to generate and qualify the opportunity.
Qualifying all NewOpportunities/Renewals with Account Manager in order to find optimalsolution technically with the best suitable products and make sure handledaccording to internal processes
Design the optimalsolution for the customer in terms of technology, cost and service,also if it is needed finding support on technical solution or productswithin Local or Global BT Community.
Assists AccountManagers with preparation of proposals/tenders.
Verifying the orderforms before it is submitted to order entry by Account Managers in termstechnical solution, quotes, and P&L
Keep AMs updated onproducts, tools, processes and organise internal trainings for AccountManagers.
Support order entryand Service Delivery teams in case they need any technical support ondesign/access/ equipment /interface
Actively taking part in theContinuous Improvement journey
Relevant experiencein IT Systems, Telecommunication products and Networking;
Ability to presenttechnical and commercial solution to a varied audience;
UnderstandingProject management process and requirements.
Understandingcontract management and in life inventory management.
Ability tounderstand financial elements of P&L and bid process
Very good indetails and complex environment;
Degree level, orequivalent job experience.
Excellent commandof English is required and German language is an advantage
Fulfilling the BTInside Sales accreditation program points
In-depth knowledgeof more complex products and services in IT/Telecommunication is anadvantage (CCNA certificate is plus);
