PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The majority of SAP’s cloud offerings are in the SaaS (Software as a Service) layer, SAP has complete suites for SME (Small and Middle size) markets such as SAP Business ByDesign and SAP Business One and line of business extensions for large enterprise.
Key application areas covered with SaaS solutions include people, money, customers, and suppliers. Software as a service, sometimes referred to as "on-demand software," is a software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud. SaaS typically is accessed by users via a web browser. SaaS Cloud Delivery Budapest is a key location responsible for Operating SAP’s SaaS Cloud Products, precisely leading HCM solution, called SuccessFactors. Team needs to ensure the various Productive landscapes are running well for Customers in EMEA along with global.
SAP SuccessFactors is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our HCM Cloud Global Operations Team. This position will have an integral part in the operations of products and services from our 10 Global Production Data centers and ensuring superior service delivery to our customers. Requirements are for a special individual with the experience and drive to fill a critical role of Junior Project Manager.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Support in ongoing projects within Operating System Support organization:
Maintain/prioritize and organize project calendar
Schedule and track appointments
Provide information to managers, co-workers, customers, partners, vendors, prospects by telephone, in written form, by e-mail, or in person.
System Maintenance/Reporting/Data Integrity:
Prepare reports, project documentation and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
Drive short term critical Operations projects
Provide analysis and recommendation on important Operations and Service delivery issues
Help prepare monthly Operations Reports
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Technology
2-3 years’ experience as Business Analysis and / or in IT Project Management
Good familiarity with project management and analysis tools
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Evidence of strong communication(written and verbal) and relationship building skills
Proven track record of collaborative working with multiple stakeholder groups, global technology team
Operational and technical management skills
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
IT Cloud / Infrastructure experience a major plus
A self-starting attitude that can effectively manage day-to-day tasks with little oversight
Ability to elicit cooperation from management, other departments and delivery teams
Desired / Not required:
PMP Project Management Certification, or PM courses
ITIL related courseware
