IBM L2/L3 Support in BUDAPEST, Hungary

Objective of the Job:

  • Provide 2nd level Support for Metro application including both Frond-, Backend and Data Aggregator

  • Participate / drive / initiate any improvement idea in the Team that is targeting to either make the Metro Team work better or enhances the application itself

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationship with the End-User community on day to day basis via mail, chat, phone call by monitoring the support Task ID

  • Drive issue resolution by performing:

  • Initial assessment

  • Severity assessment together with the Product Owner

  • Issue routing to the appropriate Team if needed

  • Issue tracking until final closure

  • Stakeholder / User communication

  • Issue closure

  • Continuously learn the application itself and its components to be able to solve more and more complex issue and also to grow into Developer role

  • Follow Agile principles (value and practices) that has been set and accepted by the Metro Application Team

  • Take part in Team events and share knowledge and expertise

  • Never stop learning

  • English: fluent
