Eaton Corporation Logistics and GTM Team Leader (Center of Excellence) in Budapest, Hungary

The incumbent will primarily be responsible for managing the GTM and Logistics Center of Excellence (CoE), coordinating with operational sites / Distribution Center’s (DC) daily operations and ensuring the material flow, operations pace and transactions (inbound deliveries, work order/shop floor flow, outbound shipments) and all customer specific requirements are met.

Reporting into the EMEA Logistics lead, the role will be responsible for:

  • Manage specific projects improving productivity, compliance and general processes

  • Generate effective communication with the sites/DC’s operation, responsible and plan/foresee the material flow, understand shipment/operations plans and focus on the bottleneck operations.

  • Working on and supervising multiple transactional activities relating to the administration and execution of Logistics and GTM processes.

Essential functions:

  • Work as on-site transition lead to ensure smooth and timely transition of work from Operational sites to CoE

  • Establish and maintain relationships with operational stakeholders and GTM/Logistics leads

  • Lead GTM/Logistics CoE, allocating work streams appropriately across team ensuring work is done on a timely basis

  • Design and document standard work processes

  • Report KPIs relating to the activities of the CoE and Operations


Education / Experience:

  • Professional supply chain related certification

  • 5-7 years+ of experience in a business GTM or Logistics role

  • Industrial operations experience required

  • Experience in ERP solutions as PP/MM/SD module key user

  • Experience in people management, hiring is a great advantage

  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Lean methodology and knowledge a plus (ELSS/Six Sigma)
