As Logistics Manager with our Nuance team in Budapest you will gain valuable and useful insights and experience in order to cash workflows from various aspects.

You’ll be managing the Configuration Control and License Fulfilment teams as well as being responsible for inventory control, shipping, license fulfilment, part number and pricelist setup activities.

In the role you should expect to:

  • Manage the International Configuration Control and License Fulfilment teams.

  • Be responsible for physical fulfilment operations and turnkey manufacturing partner management

  • Be responsible for international electronic license fulfilment operations

  • Manage worldwide configuration control/part number setup/pricelist setup activities for all 4 divisions

  • Perform classic inventory control activities (MRP)

  • Support new product introduction activities for both software and hardware products for all 4 divisions.

  • Monitor fulfilment workflows and work on issue resolution of all failures in the digital and physical workflow

  • Monitor KPIs and take action to maintain meet SLA metrics

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian

  • 3-5 years of team management experience

  • Experience within any of the following fields are relevant to the role; logistics, shipping, order management, licence fulfilment or warehouse management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suites – particularly Excel

  • Strong technical approach

  • Ability to define and track appropriate metrics for managing fulfilment activity

  • Detail-oriented, dependable and accurate working style with willingness to tolerate occasional monotony

  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities, while working in a fast- paced multi-tasked environment.

  • Team player; able to relate well to colleagues in same department, other functional areas and third party product suppliers.

    Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle.

Education: Associated Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent degree
