Managed Services Delivery Line Manager Location Budapest

The MS Delivery Line Manager shall create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Network & Service Operations delivery. MS Delivery Line Manager is a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to manage their area of responsibility in line with this instruction.

To accelerate Network & Service Operations delivery, efficiency and performance within and between Operations in the Regions, Global Service Centers and Global Competence Hubs. Support the Network & Service Operations delivery force to make their work more efficient through adequate delivery tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & KPIs, job roles, competence models and support, deployment programs and common structures. Identify and execute improvements within the Network & Service Operations delivery organization.

Secure close cooperation with the Customer, Regions, Global Service Centers and Global Competence Hubs and Business Units, to upgrade Ways of Working, Competence and Knowledge Management practices.

The MS Delivery Line Manager has sub-ordinates and is appointed by a superior manager and approved by the appointees “grandparent” line-manager following normal procedures at recruitment. Line Managers act according to the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote the corporate values, ethics and culture of the organization in order to ensure excellent performance the Customer.
