Eaton Corporation Materials Management Performance Coordinator in Budapest, Hungary

The principle respsonibility of the role is to support all MM KPI and Inventory oprimisation activities in ES EMEA region lead by ES EMEA Performance and Inventory Manager.

Materials Management Performance Co-ordinaor will also collect necessary data, prepare and execute MM report outs for SCOEQ and Senior Management.

Furthermore the incumbent will have the responsibility to provide training and coaching support to all SCM associated functions in the region to maintain and improve high standards of MM performance.

  • Responsible to prepare and Execute Report Out for Monthly Close and Forecast Calls on Inventory & DOH numbers and all kind of comments which are needed for Senior EMEA Management.

  • Prepare and Execute Monthly Report Out for SIOP & Material Management KPIs for Senior EMEA Management (Sales, Divisions, SCOE Team, SIOP&MM Team)

  • Work with all relevant ES EMEA SCC communities on development and improvement of key MM processes and Metrics.

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all relevant MM processes and Process improvement activities

  • Actively participates in Inventory Optimization and DOH reduction project by providing functional tools and expertise to all relevant SCM teams in the region.

  • Participate in creating opportunities to transfer standard reports activities to Pune MM support team.

  • Support EMEA supply chain projects with relevant analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • 3-year experience in Matrials Management or similar functions

  • Bachelor´s degree in business administration (desirable)

  • Regional EMEA business acumen (highly desirable)

  • Fluency in the English Language is essential

  • Outstanding communication skills to converse with diverse group of key stakeholders including senior management team in EMEA and sector

  • Demonstrated strong ability to work with teams of diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Strong motivation and mentoring skills

  • Desktop Analytics (MS EXCEL and Power Point skills are mandatory)

  • Intermidiate level of statistical data analysis

  • SAP knowledge (crucial)

  • Oracle knowledge (desirable)
