IBM Payroll Administrator (Fluent French) in BUDAPEST, Hungary
Objective of the job:
The prime responsibility of the Payroll administrator is to process the payroll of our client timely and accurately, create all reports and perform adequate controls of the payroll process.
To provide our clients with efficient and high quality assistance in HR related subjects (HR tools and applications / HR policies and processes / HR administration).
Maintain client HR database as per request – register all Employee life-cycle events, such as new hire registration, changes in personal details and/or employment status, separation
To manage administrative processes according to the process documentations.
Properly and consistently apply HR Administration registration rules and procedure.
Assure the Clients’ satisfaction regarding the services offered.
1-3 years experience with HR (preferably payroll) processes in a multinational company/SSC
