At the Citi Operations &Technology (O&T) and enterprise levels, worldwide, the Global Program Management Office (GPMO) supports the following areas:

Enterprise Project Management Domain Governance with Citi Program Management Council (CPMC)

Program Delivery- Involving complex interaction of multiple contributors typically spanning multiple businesses/functions/geographies within Citi

Research & Membership COE

The Project Management & Business Analysis Capabilities Team within the Global Program Management Office (GPMO) is responsible for work efforts that support the mission of sustaining program / project management and business analysis as core competencies across Citi through initiatives that focus on training, awareness and knowledge sharing opportunities.

The PM/BA Capabilities team runs a number of training opportunities towards this goal including managing and marketing training roadmaps, PM/BA Awareness Week, awards and recognitions, and mentoring programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to questions posted to various channels about PM and BA related activities.

  • Manage the setup of courses in GLMS in support of the roadmaps. This includes monitoring registrations, determining class schedules and working with training provider to manage attendees for billing purposes.

  • Identify and champion new opportunities through the creation and analysis of metrics related to our training classes, network population and communication strategy effectiveness

  • Manage the PM and BA training charge back process with Finance

  • Create communications including emails and PowerPoint presentations for various audiences (includes marketing opportunities, status updates, strategic direction awareness)

  • Manage the PM and BA networks including the identification of growth opportunities to reach more people.

  • Identify and schedule knowledge sharing events across Citi regarding project management and business analysis topics.


Knowledge and Experience :

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

  • Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Financial Services/IT Industry including 2 years of Project Management, Operations Management and/or Management reporting and analysis experience. Knowledge and expertise on Cross functional management in the financial services industry is required
