Ericsson Hungary is looking forPost-Sales Contract Manager.
The Commercial Contract Manager role is to, during the delivery and contract close out:
Manage Ericsson´s major managed services agreement(s) with operators in Hungary;
Make and obtain the optimum contractual commitments fulfilling the needs of the business;
Secure a consistent and professional approach to the management of customer contracts;
Ensure adherence to the Sales Directive during delivery and close out phase;
Protect Ericsson's rights under contract and ensure the proper performance of the respective parties´ obligations;
Defend and improve profitability and working capital.
Key Responsibilities & Authority
Main customer interface for all project related commercial and contract related issues;
Secure high customer satisfaction, excellent customer relationship and trust;
Manage the implementation of all projects contractual changes respectively contract amendments;
Follow up of contractual obligations for the project(s);
Analyze and monitor the contract and related commercial risks;
Support and verify operations regarding operative realization of the contract to secure contractual requirements;
Keep track of financial arrangements with the customer regarding the project;
Drive realization of business upsides for the project(s);
Get deep understanding amongst all project members (account, solutions, project and delivery organization) what is in the project scope and to search intensively for upside business;
Constantly looking for ways to expand the sellable scope of the deliveries and keep track of them;
Strict Change Request Management for the project;
Establish Contract Management, as an integral part of the project team;
Attend internal and external project meetings;
Establish good customer interface with customer project manager and with procurement;
Constantly reviewing deliveries against contractual obligation;
Push for Change Requests and follow up;
Attend internal stakeholder (Core3) meetings;
Drive cost reduction in the project;
Establish a deep cost awareness amongst all project members (account, solutions, project and delivery organization) and search intensively for upside business;
Review all deliverables in order to identify potential solution changes providing cost reductions.

Ericsson's Legal, Supply, Finance and Solution Departments;
Local Key Account Organization;
Local Commercial interface for the project to the Regional Commercial Management;
University degree in Business/Economics (or similar / equivalent);
Experience in telecom, IT, preferably in a commercial or legal environment;
Customer interface and negotiation experience;
Excellent relationship building skills;
Thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions - their meaning, risk, associated costs, etc.;
Experience with and knowledge of telecommunications technology and/or telecommunications infrastructure a plus;
Deep understanding of Ericsson's financial, commercial and sales processes and tools;
Team player and network builder teams as well as across organizational boundaries and with the customer;
High grade of business orientation as well as analytical and commercial skills;
High level of professionalism, respect and leading by example;
Significant communication and interpersonal skills;
High level of perseverance;
High degree of engagement / commitment - Readiness for flexible working time and business trips;
Good general PC knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
Fluent in written and spoken Hungarian
Fluent in written and spoken English.
