Job Purpose:

The Process Quality Assurance function provides Senior management an objective insight of the quality of the Program and Project’s processes and their associated work products.

Job Background:

This position is in the Global Program Management Office Department and will be posted in at the following location: 40-44 HUNGARIA KORUT Budapest HUN 1087.

The team is responsible for the following:

  1. Process Quality Assurance (PQA) Objectives

• Objective Insight for Senior Managers into the quality of the Program and Project’s processes and their associated artifacts

• Independent governance and insight that the required process artifacts are produced and they meet minimum standards

  1. Review Activities

• Objectively evaluate the performed processes and their related work products against the applicable process standards and procedures

• Identify and report the process compliance and artifact quality issues

• Provide feedback to PMs and management on the results of the PQA reviews

  1. Review Outcomes

• PQA Review Results indicating Process Compliance, Artifact Quality and Process Improvement opportunities

• Quarterly PQA Metrics and Scorecard reporting to Senior Management

  1. Review Types

• Process Adherence is defined and measured at the Program or Project level by whether or not the expected artifacts are present and contain all of the expected elements/contents for that artifact. Artifact’s adherence to the timeliness

and all of the expected elements/content as defined in the P/R/F Procedures is said to have met standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

1) Promoting Quality Management and process improvement throughout the organization

2) Developing, implementing and communicating the process quality assurance procedures to bring the Organization’s programs and projects into process compliance with the organizational PM standards and procedures

3) Effectively interact with CTIs program and project stakeholders to create awareness, provide QA support and implement the quality system requirements.

4) Quarterly planning and execution of the process quality assurance reviews to assess the process adherence effectiveness of the inspected programs and projects

5) Document and communicate the process adherence quality results, including key strengths, observations, issues, etc., to the program and project management for taking the required corrective actions.

6) Tracking the closure of the PQA review issues and timely escalation of past due issues for resolution

7) Management reporting of the PQA review results, systemic issues, etc.,

8) Establishing and maintaining the tools and templates to execute the PQA function

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

The following skills are required:

• Knowledge and expertise on Project Management and Quality Assurance standards in the financial services industry

• Microsoft Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project

• Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• PMP Certification

• Quality Assurance Certification

Skills:

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• Business Objects Skills a plus

• SharePoint Technical Skills a plus

• INFOPATH Technical Skills a plus

• Sequel Server Skills a plus

Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor's Degree

• Experience - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Financial Services/IT Industry including 5 years of Project Management and Quality Assurance experience
