Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation and commercialization of new products, closely working with commercial, marketing, technology and supply chain organizations

  • Provide administrative support to Product life-cycle management for assigned products in strong co-operation with customer and internal x-functions (Tech, Sourcing, etc.)

  • Coordinate, follow up and administer product listing, delisting and commercial sample handling

  • Support Senior Product Managers with sales and market share analytics

  • Analyze excess stock, re-pack opportunities

  • Regular update of product portfolio database

  • Be familiar with relevant EU and local policies to ensure compliance

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Ongoing College/University studies or just finished College/University on marketing/business/economy

  • Deep analytical skills , advanced level of Excel and data driven decision making approach

  • Good IT skills (both excel/power point and word)

  • Able to work with database and workflow, can manage administrative duties

  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability manage conflicting pressures and deadlines

  • Good presentation skills

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian

  • Able to work 40 hrs/week
