Location: Budapest

Full-time permanent contract

Role Overview

The Product Manager is accountable for delivering the agreed business plan objectives and targets by optimal management of assigned products, in close co-operation with cross functional and cross departmental professionals.

As Product Manager, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • prepares Business Plan based on standpoints determined by TA Head;

  • develops marketing plan based on segmentation of customers;

  • follows national, centralized activities with attention and implements them;

  • plans and implements promotional activities (advertising, campaigns, online promotional activity, DMs, events, etc.);

  • has responsibility for adaptation of centrally developed marketing materials and develops new marketing materials;

  • develops proactive and defensive plans aligned with change of market conditions;

  • ensures the analysis of market data to identify trends and opportunities;

  • monitors allocated budget and oversees expenses;

  • tracks continuously competitor activities;

  • supports Sales Representatives, integrates their feedback in further activities;

  • keeps close connection with key customers on the field, builds network relationship and partnership for market development and enhanced competitive market share;

  • provides sales training for managed products and updates if needed in close co-operation with Medical Education Manager;


Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:

  • Acquired Medical/Pharmaceutical university degree is preferable.

  • Native level of Hungarian, intermediate level of English language (both written and spoken).

  • Relevant working experience of minimum 3-4 years on a similar position is a strong must.

  • Previous experience in Hematology is considered as a plus.

  • A proven track record of building relationships with clients and Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Collaboration and teaming attitude.

  • Strong communication, decision-making and leadership skills.

  • High level of ethical standards in conducted business.
