The Incentive Compensation New Initiatives team within

OAL is responsible for the design, development and implementation of

solutions for Compensation and Sales Force planning teams.

These

applications and solutions are critical to Oracle as they are used to

drive the sales planning and compensation processes for Oracle’s global

sales force.

Essential Functions:

  • Design and develop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

  • Implement complex cross functional solutions that are high performing and with excellent quality

Desired Industry Experience:

  • Overall experience of 3 years in software coding and development

  • Experience in developing web services

  • Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other frontend frameworks

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education and Certification:

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in computer science or related field.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
