Eaton Corporation Project Lead Analyst CPI – EMEA BSC in Budapest, Hungary
The Project Lead Analyst CPI is a continuous improvement process specialist responsible for driving the development and implementation of the BSC strategy across EMEA and inside EMEA Countries.
Primary objectives are to consolidate locations, functions, and roles to reduce layers and eliminate overlaps both in country and across EMEA. Reduce elapsed cycle time and redundancies by eliminating waste and improve quality; establish scalable BSC resources to drive productivity, consistency; create a highly engaged, high value-added, customer centric commercial support organization, implement and deploy Business process and system improvements.
By reporting to the BSC Transition Manager the incumbent serves as the functional subject matter expert accountable for driving process improvement, solution planning, functional design, testing, training, partnering on system implementations and support activities.
Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough process improvement
Facilitate, train and coach team members on Lean Six Sigma, project management, key EBS, and Customer Support process.
Evaluate end-to-end process capability and business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
Serves in a lead role in the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes
Serve as a change agent utilizing accelerated change management methodologies
Participate in development and delivery of communications regarding program activities
Participate and coordinate in testing, communications, training, and change readiness activities
Work with multiple stakeholders to confirm system functionality and data
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (in Finance, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or related field)
Minimum 4 years of appropriate business experience (preferably 2-3 years project management experience or equivalent)
Key business processes/ Systems (ERP, CRM)
Deep understanding of business operations and process improvement and application designs and implementation activities leveraging Project Management, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools
