Resolve customer field issues on all product lines
Root cause analysis of the defective light sources
Monitor customer complaints
Operate the PSO process
Support quality actions towards a better understanding of our customers’ quality requirements
Works with the required expertise and care in line with the relevant rules, policies and instructions given by the line manager or substitute
Works in line with the GE Spirit & Letter guidelines
Completely executes the tasks given by the line manager
On-going self-development, participation in the additional courses, training.
Ongoing studies on BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or related other Science
Strong background in technical area (e.g. physics, electronics, material science, mechanics)
Quality techniques and statistics skills are advantage
Excellent communication skills; especially written
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
Results oriented approach
Fluent in Hungarian and English
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
