Essential Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer field issues on all product lines

  • Root cause analysis of the defective light sources

  • Monitor customer complaints

  • Operate the PSO process

  • Support quality actions towards a better understanding of our customers’ quality requirements

  • Works with the required expertise and care in line with the relevant rules, policies and instructions given by the line manager or substitute

  • Works in line with the GE Spirit & Letter guidelines

  • Completely executes the tasks given by the line manager

  • On-going self-development, participation in the additional courses, training.


  • Ongoing studies on BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or related other Science

  • Strong background in technical area (e.g. physics, electronics, material science, mechanics)

  • Quality techniques and statistics skills are advantage

  • Excellent communication skills; especially written

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously

  • Results oriented approach

  • Fluent in Hungarian and English

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
