Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the best candidates

  • Active sourcing activities

  • Interview internal and external candidates

  • Implement and maintain strong and active candidate relationship management

  • Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques, providing interview skills training if needed

  • Maintain the Recruitment System

  • Create regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports

  • HR Generalist and Business Partner tasks for a small group

Job Requirements

  • University or college degree (preferably in HR)

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment

  • 1-2 HR generalist or HRBP experience

  • Excellent interviewing skills

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques

  • Fluent English

  • Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting and candidate management

  • Passion to continuously develop recruitment processes

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proactive, creative attitude
