BT Recruitment Team Leader in Budapest, Hungary
Key purpose of role:
Lead a team of Recruiters to deliver end to end recruitment service across a range of Business Units and countries. Stakeholders include Country Heads, Country Leadership teams, Business Unit leads, Hiring Managers, HR colleagues, candidates, and employees. Act as a subject matter expert to support team to provide consistent and relevant guidance to customers and stakeholders. Empower Recruiters to work across organisational and functional boundaries to resolve customer requests, owning the resolution of issues end-to-end. Focus on continuous improvement, customer service and efficiency, to deliver against SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure a best in class service.
Responsible for managing a teamof Recruiters to ensure that personal ownership, accountability,professional development and continuous improvement is at the heart of theway they operate
Be a trusted partner to seniorstakeholders, up to and including Country Leadership teams, providinganalysis and insight into recruitment, as well as contributing to theoverall recruitment strategy as part of the local Extended Leadership Team.
Responsible for managing a team toeffectively hire BT employees, organize interviews, advise and supporthiring managers and other correspondence which aligns with BTpolicies and practices, ensuring terms are clear, unambiguous and free ofjargon.
Build and own relationships withSourcing Agencies and Job Boards, ensuring that where we use their servicesto support recruitment we’re getting value for money and ROI, andreviewing these partnerships as appropriate.
Coaches and supports Recruiters toresolve customer requests by enabling them to take ownership of issues andwork across organisational and functional boundaries.
Work proactively with the team tofocus on the candidate and hiring manager experience, prioritisingworkload to resolve requests and work packages within defined SLAs.
Communicates operational plans, HRServices strategy and values to the team, to ensure they understand theirrole in delivering excellent customer service
Drives continuous improvementwithin the team by empowering individuals to identify and own continuousimprovement initiatives
Review and report on key metricsto understand team and individual performance, identifying areas fortraining/development and continuous improvement
Review and report on key metricsto identify trends in volumes, productivity and customer queries, workingwith HR Services Management Teams to develop ways to improve theservice provided to customers
Build and maintain internalrelationships across HR Services and wider HR/DPA community, rolemodelling the collaboration required to operate a seamless service acrossHR.
Relevant experience and knowledgeof Recruitment, HR policies and procedures is desirable.
Experience of handling a highvolume of requests and vacancies.
Experience of managing a team
Experience of working in amultinational environment is desirable, but not essential
