We are looking for Regional Supply Chain Analyst within the ESC organization.
Who we are? Enterprise Infrastructure is responsible for providing critical infrastructure and support to Citi on an enterprise-level, across all businesses and Regions.Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) organization supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through competitive bidding and selection to contracting and payment.
Regional Supply Chain Analyst
Responsible for daily tasks processing; ensuring that all items are handled in a controlled and compliant manner according to all relevant internal policies and procedures, and external rules and regulations.
Additionally, participation will be required in key projects, programs and initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the ESC organization.
Partner with the EMEA sourcing teams to support the development of sourcing strategies through the provision of financial analysis and interpretation particularly as it relates to vendor spend
Support the sourcing teams on a variety of projects that encompass high volumes of financial spend and savings related information and support the achievement of save targets
Support RFx and eAuction events with robust, detailed financial analysis from inception to close and presenting results in a logical, actionable, and easy to understand formats
Partner across analytics organization to support save and spend data quality. Conduct reviews, communicate findings and gaps, and develop actions plans and recommendations to improve accuracy
Develop solutions and analysis tools in MS Excel that will allow for data to be analyzed, summarized and reported in tables, charts, and graphs
Partner across the organization to grow the scope of analytical support being provided in order to add the most value possible to the ESC organization
Support a save approval and validation process to ensure alignment to established save definitions, appropriate documentation of save achievements, and timely communication to Finance of save results
Support global and regional metrics development, operational reporting, and analysis of data. Prepare reports for ESC EMEA, CSC-Budapest and Business Partners
Support the Implementation and improvement of existing processes and bring efficiencies to procedures and tools
Assist in audit and compliance efforts for department to prepare and meet all documentation and policy requirements
Basic College (BA) or (BS) preferred
Min. 12 months employment in multinational / shared service environment OR 3 years regardless of the field
Fluent written and spoken English
Advanced command of MS Suite
Makes judgments and recommendations based on analysis and domain knowledge.
Researches and interprets factual information.
Identifies inconsistencies in data or results.
