IBM Reporting Specialist for Procurement Center in BUDAPEST, Hungary

General PurposeThe main responsibility of the Reporting Analyst is to develop, execute and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports based on requirements provided by clients and account members, and prepare presentations based on data analysis to provide information about the delivery service level.Main Responsibility Areas

  • Assess needs and develop new reports

  • Working close with the client to meet the targets and reach the client satisfaction

  • Providing ad-hoc and regular reports

  • Prepare presentations after data analysis to highlight details

  • Prioritize the importance of different tasks

  • Issue solving with relevant team involvement

  • Intermediation between supplier and client if and when needed

    Main Contacts / Clients Operation and Helpdesk Team, Client Procurement Organization, Country Sourcing Buyers and Tactical Buyers, Finance Team, Management Team, Team leaders, Suppliers. ScopeParticipates as individual contributor to team. Most work carried out using work instructions, some self-initiated. Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet operational metrics of the team.
