Eaton Corporation SAP SD Trainee in Budapest, Hungary
The primary objective of SAP QTC (SD) Support Trainee is the resolution of incidents and requests in partnership with the requestor and other Support team members in English (and eventually German). The alignment with the regional and local BPOs (SAP Key Users), with the global SAP support team and the SAP governance team is mandatory.
Manage incidents and request based on EATON specified SLAs.
Provide solutions based on tickets priority and record all information in the ticket system (Remedy)
Implement changes based on Eaton Change management process
Change larger amounts of data when required using standard Eaton processes
Work with other support team members as necessary (e.g. FICO, MM, PP) to solve problems and to ensure an integrated system solution
Assist with testing of small enhancements and fixes as required using Eaton standard testing tools and processes.
Align solution design with SAP governance team to ensure proposed solutions are lined up with the Global Standards
Work in partnership with business users on business requirements, processes, and systems.
Analyze business requirements, assess alternative solutions, design develop and implement application system solutions using SAP ERP and Eaton standards.
Experience with SAP (user or functional) is a plus
Any IT Support experience will be a bonus
Any work experience in customer service is an advantage
Good communication (English oral and written) skills
Studies in IT, Science or Economics
German knowledge is an advantage
