We create and implement innovative solutions for future inventory management solutions for telecommunication networks. As part of our teams you can contribute to customer support of Ericsson Adaptive Inventory to be used as a Service on Amazon Web Services environment in the role of SDK Developer Support Engineer.

Ericsson Adaptive Inventory keeps track of physical and logical network resources, automates network design and provisioning, and improves the reliability and efficiency of the operations processes of telecommunication companies – from network inventory management to fulfillment to assurance.

We work according to agile and lean principles in cross-functional teams, and are thus empowered to define state of the art development environments and practices.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Work with customer to identify and develop customer GUIs using SDK or other customer methods
  • Assist global support engineers with trouble shooting and customer Support
  • Drive continuous improvements of products, processes, and documentation
  • Work with global support engineers to log and track customer reported software defects, including software emergency patches
  • Customer Support Skills including communications, troubleshooting, and reproducing issues
  • Product Usage Knowledge from Customer perspective
  • Product Life Cycle Management Knowledge
  • Business Understanding
  • Agile Basic Knowledge

Experience Requirements

  • BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • English Skills
  • At least 3 years of customer support experience

Technical Requirements

  • BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • English Skills
  • Understanding of Relational Databases (Postgres)
  • Application Servers (JBoss, WildFly)
  • XML, SOAP
  • Amazon Web Services
  • UNIX
  • Shell scripting
  • Java programming is a plus
  • Telecom knowledge is a plus
