The Team: Problem management team within the Service Assurance area.

Contract Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: Normal working hours

What you'll be doing:

As Senior Problem Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Ensure positive perception of the problem management process

  • Continuously improving our capability on problem management provided to our customer

  • Ensuring and monitor that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services

  • Maintain problem and task records to ensure that such problems are fully documented within the relevant reporting system(s).

  • Coordinating with the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams to guarantee assigned resources to work on Problems

  • Making and driving root cause investigations, problem investigations, Managing RCA between technical teams

  • Follow up with appropriate SMEs to complete both corrective and improvement actions defined during RCA.

  • Analysis and reporting of incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes proactively

  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must

  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must

Professional skills:

  • Minimum bachelor degree is a must

  • Have 3 years’ strong experience in IT Service Management / Operational environment( Issue or Incident or Vulnerability or Problem management) is a must

  • Excellent, high level of business English (both verbal and written) is a must

  • ITIL V3 Foundation certificate is a must

  • ITIL V3 OSA - Operational Support and Analysis Capability certificate is an advantage

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level is a must
