The Senior Sourcing Manager is mainly responsible for the sourcing and contracting of Logistics Services and the management of the commercial relationship with the selected Logistics Service Providers (LSP s). The ideal candidate has the ambition to continuously overachieve the given targets and is appreciated by the internal stakeholders for its contribution to the achievement of their business goals.
Main Responsibility Area:
Responsible for sourcing expertise in the domain of Logistics.
Monitors LSP performance & compliance and creates development plans whenever appropriate.
Plans and executes e-auctions for selected products/services.
Responsible for contracting and negotiating the prices and related general terms & conditions.
Contributes to the definition and implementation of the Category strategies.
Develops and manages the overall relationship with LSP s.
Works together with internal stakeholders and LSP s on continuous improvement activities.
Deployment of the Nokia procurement policy for Logistics Services in Europe. Lead the supplier selection process and perform the contract negotiations in accordance with the applicable processes. Ensure full alignment and buy-in with the internal stakeholders on the procurement strategy and execution. Upload negotiation results (contracts, rate cards, savings calculation ) in the appropriate Nokia tools. Management of the LSP portfolio in the responsibility area. Ensure that the activities meet all relevant regulations and legal requirements including Category Area Work Instructions.

Experience in working in an International environment.
Excellent knowledge of the Logistics market and a good view on the future evolution.
Analytical skills to assess LSP value propositions & create business cases.
Excellent negotiation skills to achieve the best deals with our LSP partners.
Strong communication & influencing skills to manage Stakeholders relationships.
Ability to act as a business enabler and driver for cost improvement.
Good knowledge of procurement processes, policies and tools (i.e. e-sourcing tools and processes).
Collaboration skills and teamwork spirit.
Affinity (as user) for IS applications.
Understanding of legal dimension of Services contracts.
BSc/MSc degree, 7-10 years professional experience
