identify and solve technical problems

identify software faults and escalate them to the R&D

independently carry out installation, commissioning and integration activities for our customers

participate to emergency support activities and 24/7 duty

install and test change and enhacment delivery packages in our own lab environment

participate to product program work by executing installation and system acceptance tests and reporting the findings to the program

Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area.

Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Very good written and spoken English language skills .

Testing and troubleshooting experience

Solid Linux and Sun Solaris knowledge

Experience with Oracle

Solid knowledge of technical support tools and processes
