In this challenging role of Software Maintenance Specialist you'll be in charge of release/delivery creation, management and follow up, and will keep daily contact related to our products and SW releases towards our customers from the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. Your primary internal contacts will be different R&D and Care teams. You ll be responsible for scheduling the release of these deliveries and making sure that the content meets customer s expectations.



Ability to write and speak fluently in English is a must, as well as strong customer mindset and communication skills.

Telecom knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary
