We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist – Ukrainian and Russian Speaker for our Team within the Sourcing organization.
Who we are? We provide day to day sourcing support activities to the ESC (Enterprise Supply Chain) Country heads and Sourcing Managers including, but not limited to: RFP/RFQ support, contract management, supplier selection support and negotiations.
Sourcing Specialist – Ukrainian and Russian Speaker
The Sourcing Specialist role is part of the Russia / Ukraine / Kazakhstan procurement team based in Budapest and Moscow. The RU/UA/KZ procurement team’s primary role is to conduct strategic sourcing and procurement for all major goods and services that are purchased by the Citi businesses which are located in the cluster.
The role is required to conduct end to end sourcing and contract management for the Citi businesses with a major focus on Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
The ideal candidate should have sourcing experience, the ability to work remotely with country stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers, is a real team player and has very good project management skills. Expert Russian, Ukrainian and English language are required..
Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand project requirements
Create Sourcing strategies for sourcing projects
Create Sourcing documents (RFQ, RFP set, scoring template, etc)
Update, prepare, setup and run end-to-end sourcing projects, tender/RFPs, contracts and eAuctions
Run and facilitate eAuctions and e-RFx
Conduct supplier negotiations
Conduct bids analysis, prepare score tables
Deliver and report savings against set targets
Create recommendation papers and present at sourcing review board
Review and amend contracts to make compliant with procurement obligatory clauses and tender terms and conditions
Facilitate contract approvals, renewals and extensions
Liaise with suppliers, commodity managers and internal customers
Provide support and advice to end user and suppliers on products, purchase orders and invoices
Operate electronic Procurement tools (E-Sourcing, P2P)
Support senior managers with building and maintaining business relationships in RU/UA/KZ countries
University / College required
At least 2 years of experience in the field of sourcing or procurement
Contract management experience preferred
Experience in running and evaluating tender/RFPs and eAuctions preferred
Ability to support, lead and conduct negotiations successfully on non-business critical projects or against pre-agreed objectives
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian and Russian
Able to remain calm and focused in hectic and challenging environments
