Position Summary:

Support and optimization of EMEA Distribution Operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • To create stock transfer orders based on sales demand ( sales orders and requirements

  • To select the appropriate mode of shipment for stock transfers

  • To obtain airfreight approval if required

  • To provide shipping instructions to all FG vendors and monitor changes on a weekly basis

  • To create the FT documents ( commercial invoice ) for STO shipments

  • To continously monitor backorders and interact with the RSOs to change SKUs and/or delivery plants

  • To monitor data accuracy for inbound shipments

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School education

  • Knowledge of international business rules , Incoterms, Foreign Trade

  • Good communication skills

  • High stress level

  • Dedicated and proactive personality

  • Business English , written and spoken

  • Min. 3 years experience in a similar position
