The role holder will coordinating, tracking and controlling of all the STP Systems admin and configuration tasks within scope, ensure effective ways of working within the team, that service level agreements are delivered against and issues are captured, analysed, channelled, reported and resolved by the team.
How to serve:
Understanding and Managing the Systems Admin agenda
Effective, insightful monitoring of system interfaces
Collection and monitoring of system related issues
Ensure that are issues are accurately recorded and actioned rapidly
Takes responsibility for user communications requirements
Coordinating and controlling Change within Source to Pay Systems
Closely connected to and manages the continuous process improvement pipeline for Source to Pay Systems
Ensures high standards on testing and coordination of testing around system changes
Access Compliance management and related system configuration (role profiles and segregation of duties)
Understand & Own Compliance agenda across Source to Pay Systems
Ensure agreed service levels are met
Ensure that all internal system control procedures are followed and any ‘gaps’ are appropriately captured and actioned within the team
Degree educated preferably in a business or Procurement related field with project management experience beneficial.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in working with integrated software system (knowledge of Purchase to pay / Source To Pay systems would be an advantage)
Able to build, develop and sustain value adding relationships with stakeholders and peers
Ability to drive successful change with some support
Understands and applies the role of Internal controls
Strong communication skills
Solution oriented approach to challenge existing ways of working and to drive complex changes through effective stakeholder management
