Essential Responsibilities:

  • Works with the required expertise and care in line with the relevant rules, policies and instructions given by the Indirect Manager or substitute.

  • Works in line with the GE Spirit & Letter guidelines.

  • Completely executes the tasks given by the Indirect Manager.

  • On-going self-development, participation in the additional courses, training

  • Do the weekly planning and issue PO-s, track shipments, keep dailly contact with suppliers

  • Provide availability data to Product Management and Commercial Team

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc analytics (inventory, forecast, availability, supplier capacities)

  • Actualize fulfillment parameters to ensure the most recent info is available for the cross-functions

  • Collect data, check report quality

  • Participate in developing new reports, creating new analytics

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Business or ongoing such studies

  • Fulfillment or Sourcing experience or equivalent interest (studies)

  • Fluent English and Hungarian

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced MS-Office and data management skills, SAP is an advantage

  • Analytic mindset

  • Openness for new initiatives, fast learner, proactive

  • Passion for setting and meeting aggressive goals, hard worker

  • Strong work ethics with unyielding integrity

  • Team player

  • Ability to work at least 30 hours a week, minimum 4 working days per week
