Role Summary:

Through ownership of a specific regional Global Operations HR operation Center’ HR administration activity, ensure a professional & proactive service to the GE Business as part of the HR team in Europe.

Essential Responsibilities:

Partnership with regional Global Operations HR Center (15%)

  • Develop a strong working relationship with the assigned regional Global Operations HR Center community through proactive facilitation & improvement of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues

  • Act as first point of contact towards Account e.g. handle questions, ad hoc requests, problems, issues and escalations of assigned Account

  • Build a bridge between assigned Account and Global Operations HR HUB Team Leader

  • o lead dashboard call

  • follow up on dashboard metrics including escalations with special focus on accuracy

  • communicate changes to the team

  • Ensure documentations (Dashboard presentation, Communication material to the regional Global Operations HR Centre etc.) are up to date and properly communicated to the assigned regional Global Operations HR centre

  • Support information and best practice sharing between the Account ManagersRefinement of Assigned Process & Provision of Process Expertise for the Centre (5%)

  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardisation and productivity within assigned process. Participate and support projects.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leader on changes

  • Advise on complex questions/requests from the HR community/regional Global Operations HR centre concerning the area of expertise in a professional, courteous & timely manner

  • Build and share knowledge of area of expertise by continuously keeping up to date with internal and external updates and changes

Oversight of Service Delivery for Assigned Business (20%)

  • Monitor service delivery metrics and third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned country

  • Measure client satisfaction and develop & communicate action plan to mitigate any operational risk or to resolve escalated issues (NPS-detractor cases and escalations)

  • Handle first level escalations and log into in CRM

HR Administration (60%)

  • Deal with all customer enquiries in a professional, courteous & timely manner

  • Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value

  • Maintain process documentation in accordance with relevant labor legislation & Data Privacy regulations

  • Provide and maintain documentation of HR lifecycle and employee lifecycle and other HR processes

  • Maintaining HR Oracle database, ensuring highest standards of completeness, accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation

  • Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

Essential

  • Experience of a HR or Operations process ownership role in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

  • Process mind-set, understanding of core HR operational processes

  • Decisiveness, self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Experience of driving strong performance from third-party suppliers & remote teams

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work to deadlines

  • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics

  • Experience of analyzing and improving operational processes in a matrix organization

  • Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with polite, professional communication skills

  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges

  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and Oracle

  • Confidentiality & controllership mindset

  • Supportive and enthusiastic team player

  • Greece labour law knowledge
