Role Summary:

The technical specialist will be responsible for the day to day technical support of the EMEA Customer Excellence Center of the Industrial Solutions business related to electrical distribution products. He/she will be the first point of contact to the product management team related to new product introductions, product changes and phase outs.

Essential Responsibilities:

Joining us, you will be working in the center of Budapest in a prominent office building. Our office provides possibilities to have a nice walk or sit in the well-maintained garden, grab a cup of coffee at the nearby modern or traditional coffee shop, or get in shape at the gym.

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry support: translating customer requests to standard product codes

  • Translate electrical panel & equipment orders to SAP smart codes

  • Offering alternatives to unavailable items

  • Checking composition of customized items

  • Answering inquiries about specifications, compatibility, etc. of electrical distribution products

  • Providing introductory training on our products to the new colleagues Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University or college degree

  • User level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in the field of manufacturing or service engineering and/or customer support Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience working with SAP

  • A second European Language will be appreciated

  • Experience working in a customer facing organization

  • Experience holding training sessions

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Accuracy and good analytical skills

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
