Within the IBM Client Innovation Centre our professionals offer high level engineering consultation service and ensure the operation of business critical IT systems of different customers. Currently we are looking for a new member into our Network-Voice team who will provide 3rd level engineering support for our customers.

  • Responsible for the complete VoIP environment

  • Provides 3rd level support for planning, implementing and operating

  • Acts as a point of contact for Service Managers in technical topics

  • Unify HiPath 4000 V4, 5.x and higher

  • Unify HiPath 8000 V7 and higher

  • Xpressions V6 and higher

  • CTI ComAssistant V2.0 and open scape UC

  • Open scape contact center V 8.x and higher

Advanced English knowledge (verbal and written)
