IBM Voice Operator in BUDAPEST, Hungary

Within the IBM Client Innovation Centre our professionals offer high level engineering consultation service and ensure the operation of business critical IT systems of different customers. We are looking for Voice operators into our 2nd level team in Budapest, who will be responsible for the operation of more than 8000 active network devices all over the world.

  • Handling of voice related incidents and requests

  • Monitoring of VoIP systems

  • Cooperation with 3rd level in high complexity issues

  • Participation in projects in this area

  • Troubleshooting of voice impairments and outages

  • Experience with Cisco Unified Voice solutions

  • Ability to work in 24/7 shifts (12 hours)

  • English: Intermediate level (spoken and written)
