Job Title HR Specialist Talent Management and Organizational Development Hungary

Achieve Continental’s strategic goal to enhance the “best fit” and “transformation” capabilities of the Hungary organization providing excellent and sustainable solutions in the area of Talent Management & Organizational Development.
Together with the business, drive the innovation of TMOD solutions and balance the need for global harmonization and Hungary adapted approaches to ensure the most value add for Continental.
The function covers the areas of Talent Planning, Selection and Development (“Ensure Best Fit”) as well as the areas of Diversity, Flexibility, Learning, Leadership and Digital Transformation (“Enable Transformation”).
Lead TMOD organization in Hungary and coordinate delivery of TMOD solutions with global TMOD community.
Implement, execute and audit processes, standards and tools in the area of Talent Management and Organizational Development and Leadership and Learning following the HR Excellence governance structure.
Support Corporate in the design of new processes, standards and tools and in project work to ensure they meet Hungarian requirements.
Ensure excellent delivery of TMOD solutions via business partner organization, shared services in Hungary or global shared services.
Sponsor and run strategic country HR initiatives derived out of the HR strategy/ business strategy.
Execute relevant processes for senior management level in Hungary personally (e.g. Talent Reviews, Assessments).
3-5 years experience in multiple HR functions in a variety of business environments
Experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development
Fluent English language
Project management experience
Innovative, open-minded personality with high level social skills
Preferable international and consultancy experience
The position holder reporting directly to the Head of Country HR Hungary
