The position holder is responsible for the following:I. Professional responsibilitiesRecruitment - Connects to Hiring Managers / HR Partner and resource management to obtain all necessary information relating to Hiring Requests.- Works together with functional line in order to apply global policies and processes during recruitment activities. Provides high quality recruitment service to CIC Szekesfehervar and BP.- Uses all of the possible IBM Tools and all of the possible social media channels to find the best candidates.- Handles a pipeline of candidates in order to fulfill hiring needs smoothly.- Has a daily connection with resource management department, follow up on hiring tickets and critical position needs- Has a daily connection with managers about the status of hiring requests, opened positions, interview status and offer possibilities. - - Continuously informs them about the recognized and screened applications, CVs.- Effectively screens candidates for positions- Organizes and actively participates in ACs and interviews, if needed- Informs applicants about the result of application within a reasonable timeframe- Collects the necessary internal approvals for offering the selected candidates- Sends offer to the selected candidates, and follows up on the pending, accepted or rejected offers.- Negotiates the start date of employment with the offered candidates in line with the internal requirements.- Organizes recruitment events and strengthens our the CIC/IBM image from an employer branding perspectiveII. Internal Reporting- Report process control points via monthly Business Controls Measurements- Monthly and/or quarterly reports/measurements to the functional line based on the instruction of the functional line- Provides the requested university of data for internal and external testing activities, audits and reviews- Daily and weekly recruitment status reports- Ad Hoc reports to local or functional managementIII. General tasks:- Actively work on and perform assigned tasks defined by HR Manager or Team Leader- Active participation in HR projects.- Support open hours- Follows all related processes and desk procedures.- Updates relevant parts of HR Corner

  • Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge- deep knowledge in the field of HR (recruitment area)- bachelor's degree
