Coordinate analysis and reporting efforts of B/S; Develop and maintain B/S related reporting structure and score cards. Reconciliations on monthly and quarterly basis.
Create analyse, synthetize B/S data and metrics
Maintain scorecards and prepare regular reports to management
Standardize and maintain preparation of Balance Sheet Flux report
Maintain relationship with cross-functional teams, Power Services Regional Level, Field Services teams
Ad Hoc projects related to PO closure, FSR closure and other activities like IBS Reject clearance
Contact with external suppliers, SOX / revenue recognition audit documentation, accounts reconciliation
Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns with verbally or in writing.
Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar BA/MA
Minimum 25 hours working availability
Comfortable knowledge of basic accounting principles (PnL, Balance Sheet, Subledger VS GL, Accruals, Debits/Credits, Monthly closure)
Proficient oral and written English
Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel pivots, vlookup/MS Outlook)
Ability to learn and adapt
Team player, communicates well
