Position

  • To support the Market Manager in the day-to-day management of Market activities- To define and agree the bottom-up KPIs to reach annual goals: distribution plans by channel, by account, CatMan, HIA agreements- To propose volumes, pricing policies, A&P spend to develop brand plans and propose revisions together with the Market Manager and the distributor- To be able to track the A&P budget allocated in the brand plans, to monitor and to report spending’s on regular basis- To agree shipment forecasts and B2B/B2C programs with the distributors- To maximize the A&P budget and reach very good ROI - To be responsible for promotional development (objective setting, implementation and post-evaluation) - To work with PR to agree objectives and develop plans- To manage external agencies together with the distributor- To participate, monitor and evaluate key programs with recommendations for future action- To monitor the competition- To be able to implement and monitor any Digital tool or programs

    Profile
  • Higher Education;- Not less than 3 years’ experience in relevant area (preferable in FMCG company connected to sales activities);- English – Upper-Intermediate - Previous Consumer Marketing experience to level of Junior / Senior Brand Manager - Luxury/Premium Marketing/Selling- Sales/Commercial/Brand Ambassador roles
